The Atmore Public Library provides 11 computers in the adult department for internet access, catalog access, Alabama virtual library, and skills software to prepare students for the Alabama high school graduation exam.

The children's department provides 6 computers with catalog access and reading and math software to help students struggling in these areas.

Come by the library and register for the Alabama virtual library: 72 databases with a world of free information for all ages. Register for homework alabama: free online help from real tutors in math, science, English and social studies.

The library provides a story time for children each Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. from September - May. Summer reading program is a 6-week program held on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in June and July.

Computer classes are given on basic computer knowledge, internet access, email access and Microsoft word and excel.
